MILD Posted August 7, 2010 Share Posted August 7, 2010 G'day guys- can anyone recommend a good glossy clear coat to put over Tamiya TS-21 gold and Revell decals. I have heard some reports that the Tamiya clear (TS-13?) is a little too harsh and eats decals. I really don't want to ruin the work I've put into the car so would love any advice that could be offered. I am looking at pressure packs only at this stage. Cheers. Safest clear in a can is Gunze's B-501 "Top Coat". Start with light coats, accept no substitutes, and as always, test first!
