ratrodder
Maybe a stupid question. Is that an international engine or what brand?
Steve H.
Neat project! I bet those take a case of yellow paint to finish!
halfpint33
ratrodder, the engine is a GMC supercharged 16 cylinder 2 cycle diesel.Says it held 64 qts of oil! Steve, the $ value of the paint will probably be close to the cost of the model Actually I', using Krylon so it's like 3 times as much as Testors for the same price  Jaffa,no idea on the size but here's a pic of the bed by my daughter's vette she's building Got some more done this evening but I'm not posting anymore pics until I can get some paint on it. GLMFAA1
Thread from 2007, wonder what the result was? Yellow is Federal Yellow, just google IH Yellow, available in rattle cans her in USA greg
fantacmet
I'm doing the same kit, but so far the engine is painted in Krylon Shortcuts sun yellow. LOL. I was seriously thinking about doing it in an almost chartreuse green with purple trim and a Decepticon logo on the door. LOL. Long haul of the constructicons.
