Amtronic
Built using a built up cat bulldozer I got off ebay. The counterweights can pivot in and out, and are filled with nuts and washers to offset whatever I put in the sling. All the pieces are pinned to the tracks so it can easily be disassembled to travel. They're never finished I just stop working on them. SpreadAxle
Very cool. I hauled one of these a few years ago and wondered if this could be done with the kit. Nice work.

gatorincebu
Now that is just plain cool! You did a great job of using the parts from the ripper to make parts for the sideboom! I like it! Be Well Gator

Be Well Gator I worked for a pipeline company all my life and a pipelayer was always on my mind as a future project. I had even imagined using the ripper hydraulics as you did. Never got around to it. Built the dozer though. thanks for doing it. Now I can rest in piece. Beautiful fabrication.
