i am interested in this thread as well even though i told myself long ago to never buy ferrari stuff because its a long expensive slippery slope from there!

maserati is my marque. actually more realistically, lotus is my marque.

regardless im very interested in seeing how this comes out and as interested in seeing how a hiro kit goes together. ive never had the pleasure of inspecting one in person.

so, carry on.

Seems that this forum has no liking for the prancing horse.

Them's fightin' words.

I, personally, love all cars, 1/1 or other wise. I don't build them because I don't build factory stock, so they have little appeal to me and I could never afford one. I have a few Revell Ferraris in my collection. I still like them, but I just don't build them.

Good, lol, I wish more people on this forum built them. Every single Ferrari model I have is more detailed than a lot of "non-modifiable" Ferrari kits. I wish people understood that more. But it is all personal taste. I cannot knock others for what they don't like - as they cannot knock me for being a Ferrari builder.

Just trying to rile up the Scuderia Ferrari lovers and all of the Tifosi lol.

Stay tuned Jon!

There may be a Ferrari in my future in '08 as I'm a Ferrari aficionado too! When Hasegawa's 250 Testa Rossa comes to be, I'll definitely be building it as that's one of my favorite Ferrari's.

Tom, that's going to be a work of art when you're done! I've got to spring for MFH's kits one of these days! I'm dying to get their Aston Martin Zagato!

Sorry its taken so long to get back to you guys

It will be the 1951 mille miglia 343 car in red

I cannot wait for the testa rossa kit to come out

i just picked up the revell of germany 250 gto kit. so i'm now hooked by the prancing horse

this project will take some time since like Zoom Zoom pointed out white metal takes a lot of clean up

i wish the hood was resin instead of white metal but i'll get through it .

thanks for the support Tom
