Jeepster25
This is my recently completed 1999 Dodge Dakota SLT. This kit is from Lindberg and is very simple. The model came as an extended cab but I decided to cut it down to make the regular cab version. I also modified the suspension to give it a little lift, you can see from the box that it sat a little low for a 4 x 4. The model and parts come prepainted but I repainted evrything to make the Dakota the SLT model with chrome bumpers. I had a lot of trouble with the painting since it's been extra humid in Florida recently.
JayC
That looks pretty cool! It's a nice, clean build. Time to dirty it up some!
RodneyBad
Great looking truck Ya did a nice conversion. But now i see the one of the problems with that Lindberg kit. The window opening just looks off. but it is a dodge so what can ya say? Just lucky to have A dodge Dakota model.. Truck looks great and nice lift too. RodneyBad
Looks like it was only off by a hair. but it does look great. Lucky me, the Dakota I had Was an Extra cab. Mine wasn't lifted but I squeezed 32"inch tires on it. An old project of mine.

RodneyBad
I like those wheels & tires, they look really cool! I got the wheels from a Tamiya Toyota Land Cruiser 80 with Sport Options. Not my model but the only one I could find on-line.
Lyn
Nice! When I saw it my mind went to a truck I saw hauling hay on a horse farm. Very real looking truck there
