lapazleo
Here's a pic of a prototype Powerliner conventional I found in Wheels of Time magazine. Never produced but I thought would be a neat project using Italeri's FLC kit.
BigBad
Who knew there was such a beast! From the picture, I see fenders similar to a 70's Kenworth W900. If I saw correctly, this was to be offered with 600-700 hp? In those days, that was seldom heard of!
lapazleo
Like the coe powerliner would of had cummins kt,v8 cat or v 12 detroit. I will try to get clearer pic.

BigBad
Wow, that's out of the ordinairy! Too bad the Powerliner didn't have a go at it. It would make a good modeling subject with the Italeri kit though. On the other hand it's a good thing the prototype in the last picture didn't make it either! Thanks Leo! lapazleo
Cabovers were still the standard at the time so at least we got the coe powerliner. An ambitious project would be to model the various prototypes.
