J.V
Hello! I bought few models again and start building from this 1/16 MPC 69 Dukes Of Hazzard Charger. I will build it to look like pro street style street machine. After checking that body i noticed that front wheel arches doesn't look right. So... I started fixing wheel arches

Superpeterbilt
I too noticed some odd things about this kit. It seems to be based on a Nascar setup. The front end sits way to low, the inner fenders are gone and replaced with bars, and the front fenders have been cut higher as you noticed. Rdkingjay
Gentlemen, I am in no way attempting to hijack this thread, but I can offer some assistance with the many problems with this kit. I recently built the Dukes Charger and solved (for my purposes anyway) a lot of the very obvious problems with this kit. My build thread is in here, Page 6 about halfway down, titled 1/16th Dukes Charger. Please feel free to peruse the build photos and take any thing you need from them to build your car. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Good luck. Edited January 3, 2015 by Rdkingjay
