Wagoneer81
This is a 1/72 scale, WWII, German BMW with sidecar. I picked up a second-hand 1/72 Fujimi Panzer II kit from my LHS and found the parts trees for this and a 1/72 Schwimmwagen in the box, as well as the Panzer II... I still need to weather this one, but here it is for now... We have all feared losing parts to the carpet monster... This was the first time I EVER worried about losing the entire model if I dropped it... I figured I'd better get it on some kind of base before somebody sneezed and blew it across the room... Believe it or not, this kit had around 22 parts in its assembly... Yes, that's a quarter it's setting on. Ok, new edit----> I see I was wrong here... It's sitting on a US half-dollar... my mistake... It's still inkie dinky... Edited September 22, 2011 by Wagoneer81

Dr. Cranky
That is one small motorcycle. Amazing. It's probably smaller than N gauge . . .
Wagoneer81
That is one small motorcycle. Amazing. It's probably smaller than N gauge . . . Thanks! Actually, Dr., it's closer to HO.. it's 1/72 scale. Although... I have seen a 1:160 (N-scale)motorbike. It was in a tiny little photoetch set. I see in my original post that I misinformed everyone... In the last pic, it's sitting on a US 50-cent piece, not a Quarter, like I posted... I had a 1958 Franklin half within reach and grabbed it to use in the shot... Mah fault!
