Just in case ,, i found U.S. Plastic Corp Styrene Sheets. .020 thous. X 40in. X 72in. $6.40 ea,

Plus they have 30, 40 50 60 70 thous, too....

Little cheaper then buying it in the 6x12 three pack....

Yes...a good deal....but shipping was more than the plastic sheet!!!

I had a plastics dealer in Charlotte when I lived there.....no shipping fees!!! that was a good deal!

I ordered a bunch from AIN Plastics years ago, .020 & .030 was shipped rolled up and in a cardboard tube,& .040 & .060 was cut to 2x4 sheets. At that time I think it was less than $100.00. still have a lot.

What I would like is to find a way to cut the sheets into strips really accurately, like the strips from Evergreen .

Look for an art supply store for what is called a matte cutter. I has an attachment for a guide from an edge. So as long as you have 1 "square" edge, you can make strips.
