groo12
Cool planter trucks, Dave. Even women would like those...although maybe not in the yard. Ray; when your comment hit my email I was afraid you mean the outhouse. I had to go back and edit my reply, just to make sure everyone knew it was the diner, I had rootbeer in. It is a fantastic little diner.

Dr. Cranky
Isn't it interesting that sometimes you look at a picture and you think of building the model (a replica of the vehicle) and yet other pictures you see the vehicle and its surrounding and you see DIORAMA written all over the picture. SoCalCarCulture
Speaking of Diorama possibilities, I was in Sacramento a couple months ago and had time to stop by Sacramento Vintage Ford (they sell vintage Ford parts) and this scene in their showroom really lends itself to a scale diorama! They also have this "Refreshment Area" to entice customers to hang out while deciding what to buy, another Diorama inspiration... SoCalCarCulture
Thats funny Dave I buy my truck parts from them. Their showroom is very cool, look through my album to see the rest and if you're ever in Sacramento it's worth an hour to browse through there! turn1wonder
My Dad would have loved the trucks with the flowers growing in them. This is what he did when I left my Camaro SS RS for too long in his driveway... Bob

Jon Cole
One of our city's biggest annual attractions... the Keene Pumpkin Fest. We had the Guiness World Record for # of lit pumpkins for many years. I have my own photos, but not as good as these
Jon Cole
Our other claim... "Jumanji". They spent several days filming in and around the area. IIRC, about 7 minutes of it made it in the film. The Chevy was there, the crush was done via hydraulics, I believe. Elephant? All cgi. All that remains of the movie, is this "vintage" wall sign. Lot of ppl got to meet Robin Williams, wish I had. donkeypuncher76
Here's a few more. Winter in Oregon Driving through Crater Lake in Southern Oregon. This is in mid June, believe it or not. One very scary bridge that stretches from Oregon to Washington right at the channel to the Pacific Ocean in Astoria Oregon. This fine looking F-100 was sitting outside the Harrah's casino in Cherokee NC. And here is more examples of my driving/photography skills. My wife hates it when I do this. This is along I-70 in Utah going through Devils Canyon. And then on the same trip on I-70 in Kansas we came across this OCC chopper for the U.S. Army. Love that photo of I-70 , been through that stretch alot in my Western Star doing the Shakytown-Denver run, the "San Rafael swell" area is awesome, man i miss the road lol. great pics.
