Old Sprinter
I started this awhile back but I have been being grandpa for the last several weeks and loving every minute so I have just been doing bits and pieces. This is a winged car; the real one is driven by Brady Bacon. It will have some really cool graphics which I have; just need to finish the car. Here's what she looks like today and when I started it. futurattraction
I used to be more of a roundy-pounder fan than I am any more, but this looks cooler than all get-out! It'll be fun to watch it come together!

Old Sprinter
Thanks to all of you guys. Jim3 lives in sprint car country. Here's the real sprinter of Brady Bacon. I have wraps ( not decals) in 1/8 scale, from the company that did his race car so it should look great.

Old Sprinter
Thank you Joe, that means a lot. I'm ready to do the final assembly so I took some pictures of things that get covered up or are hard to see with all the body work and wings. moparmagiclives
That looks awesome !! I love watching them run on paved tracks. But, and excuse my ignorance, what are the clear lines running down to the plugs?
Old Sprinter
Direct port injection nozzles they run in addition to the nozzles at the injectors themselves.. There is a total of 16 fuel lines going to the cylinders. Lots and lots of methanol
