  1. Great shine, do you use an air brush or cans? Martin
  2. I am going to to try to use the headers from the 289 onto the 302 Boss to transplant into the 65 fastaback. Too many work/yard and kids (coach soccer)things on the go to work at this project seriously. I have 4 kits too work on and no time!!! I am itching top get the Boss 429 done as well. I did a Boss 302 last year so it needs a shelf buddy. Good luck, I sure like your paint job. I just love the grabber ford colors. 2010 mustang grabber blue looks awesome.
  3. Has any one built the revell Porsche 911slant nose convert? Is it a good kit or a waste of time? I wouls like to do one but it has bad detail and poor fitment of parts i would rather not wast my time.
  4. Looks great, how was the fit of the parts on this kit? I was looking at doing one sometime.
  5. Looks great, is that a 396 engine?? the hood louver look good.
  6. It looks even better this time. I hate painting these models, I do not know why I even build them. I just screwed up my Boss 429 body i was working on. First of all I made the mistake of painting it with Model master enamil paint which comes out of the can to thick and then it take 6 months to dry. Then soaked in spray nine and removed ###### paint. Then I spilled super glue on the one side putting the mirror on. Sanded it down again and went down too far and now I have sanded the body line off of the door. So I orded a new body from Revell and I will start over again. Did I mention how relaxing this hobby is!!!
  7. That looks great. They were a good looking car. Are doing any engine changes or other mods?
  8. That is very nice, you have a good touch with the paint. I did a boss 302 last year. Are you also working on a 65 fastback as seen in the box? I am working on a 65 fastback right now with the following mods: 302 boss engine Hood scoop and rear wing from 429 boss kit seats from the mach one kit, custom made roll bar custom MRC wheels Metallic black GM paint.
  9. I went with the single carb, the kit does not have the shaker hood which is one of nicest parts of these cars.
  10. I found a dodge add on the net. Think they are pretty good for the age.
  11. I am currently just about to finish the 1/24 Revell 302 Boss Mustang. I used ford candy apple red, then cleared. I wired the engine and put heater hoses on it. i am going BMF the car.
