Rauh Welt GT2

Recommended Posts

This is Tamiyas' 911 GT2 kit with the addition of a C1 Models Rauh Welt trans kit. This was a challenging build as the supplied body shell needed a lot of work to get it to fit and in to shape.

I added Hobby Design brakes and machined my own wheel rims to fit modified Tamiya wheel centres.

The front and side skirts were lowered and Hobby Design rivets added.

The wheel arches were also modified to add to the the buxom look these cars are known for.

Right click, save....wow you did a outstanding job on this build. You nailed the RAUH-Welt look and it sound's like it took some effort to do so. The rivet's look great and the wheel/tire stance is perfect. I love everything about it Ron, display this thing proudly.
