  1. Well I guess I'm Out of Here. I'm not Paying Photo Bucket $249.00 so I can Post pictures to this Forum, or any other forum. When I can Post all day to Face Book, in Multiple Groups, for free, right from my computer. Is there a way to post to this forum, with out a photo Bucket style service?

  3. Thanks Guys, I can find all kinds of photos of the Blue and Gold # 17, but the solid Gold #17 is quite elusive, as are the Decals. I've found bits and pieces of them on several different decals sheets. Thanks Daddyfink, for the pictures. I didn't have the top Action shot.
  4. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like it !!
  5. Well I got the body in color now, I think it turned very nicely. I have only one spot of lint in the hood, Yeah !! . I haven't buffed or added any clear , this is straight up Paint and thinner. I've detailed the wheels , & Mocked up the body to the chassis just to see what it looks like,. I don't have the correct Mustang GT Rocker stripe so I will use a stripe kit from a AMT 1967 Mercury Cyclone GT kit. and GT emblems from a AMT 1966 Fairlane GT GT/A kit. I'll BMF the Windshield frame after I put the glass in, to keep from breaking the frame and to get a better finished product. Let me know what you think. Thanks for Looking, & enjoy.
  6. Great Idea!! I wish I would have seem this post before I painted it!!! LOL!! I lost internet access for a bit. but work continued on the Mustang.
  7. Here's a Original Issue AMT 1968 Torino GT re-builder, That was built as a Nascar back in the day. I have taken it apart, Stripped, and repaired the passenger side "A" pillar. Now I want to build the Hallman/Moody David Pearson # 17, not the one everyone thinks of First. The one I want to build is the Gold #17, that ran a 366 engine, It was the Early 68 Season before the rule change allowing the 427's to be run on the tracks. But I'm having a very hard tine finding , the correct decals. Here are a couple of pictures of the real car and then my Torino. Please, let me know what you think about my project. Thanks for looking, & Enjoy.
  8. Wow!! I finally got back to the bench this evening. I shot some primer on the body, now I can start filling the low spots, and smoothing things up. I also had stripped the chrome off a set of the Styled steel wheels, cleaned up the beads area where they were sprued to the trees. I shot the black base for the Alclad chrome. I also shot some color on the valances, not the best job, but it will work for now. Let me know what you think, please. Thanks for Looking & Enjoy
  9. ?I got a little time at the Work Bench today, and I finished the wiring, & got the engine installed into the Vintage 1966 Mustang GT convertible. I have a ton of stuff to do, before I start priming it. I'm thinking the engine might sit a little to high, but I haven't tried the hood yet. But Core support & firewall are not installed either. I'll check that out, later.
