Ive never used resin before but what i need to know is do the chassis's have to be hand made or will a chassis from the 55 cvevy prosportsman work? Prostreet Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Joe: You should be able to adapt the sportsman kit to the resin body No problem, The reason you see alot of hand made chassis is were doing 1/16th promods and you can get pretty accurate like the 1:1 chassis. djway3474 Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 The tub works great. You may need to bend a few pieces of roll bar to fit your body contours. Carefully clip off the front A arms and reglue to fit your wheelbase. I also modify the rear suspension to drop the rear down a bit too.
