djway3474 Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 Well, I had 20 minutes to try and photograph near 400 models so the quality is not the best and I may have missed a few. For some reason the upload placed some of the pictures out of order. This was probably one of the best shows I have ever been to. Lots of vendors, great location near many restaurants, malls and movie theatres, unique trophies and there was a buzz in the air as everyone was having a fantastic time. Loads of fun for all. Judging was quick and was based on modeling effort and quality. Just a great day. Enjoy. Scott Colmer Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 As a particpant, I would say this was very well run contest. Plenty of parking, lots of help at the sign in. Great raffel and great attitiude by all the club members running the event. Lots of Vendors. Even a special logo on the t-shirts and trophies. This was a GREAT contest! There was a good mix of quality on the tables with some very high end pieces. But there was still that NNL feel. The Kit Bashers are well on the way to having the top event in So-Cal.
