Paul C. Anagnostopoulos Posted April 1, 2007 Share Posted April 1, 2007 Folks, I'm building a '70 Torino Cobra and it's time to deal with the headlights and taillights. The headlights are clear and sit in chrome buckets, while the taillights are red and attach directly to the body. Zoom Zoom Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 You can't improve much if any on the headlights, the taillights can be put over foil or even patterned cigarette foil for a nice effect. Add a dab of epoxy or CA on the backside, and when dry snip off the excess length of pin. Steven Zimmerman Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 Go to your local craft store(Michaels,Jo Anne Fabrics,A.C.Moore,Pat Catans,etc) and pick up a bag of blue sequins,costing about 2 bucks. They make these by punching lil holes in the sequins,and a lot of these 'punch pieces' will be in the bottom of the bag (bags are clear plastic,CHECK THE BAG,some have a lot more than others).....perfect 'blue dots',just glue them on your tail lights.........Steve'theZman'Zimmerman Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
