1930fordpickup
Looks cool, but I think if you can not see over your own tires you need to bump it up a bit.
Quick GMC
considering the license plate says bag, I'm thinking it's bagged and not permanently that low. Regardless, line of sight being below the tires when you're on the road is just stupid.

Craig Irwin
Is there any minimum height for a street-driven vehicle? No body, chassis or suspension parts lower than the bottom of the wheel rim. There are also minimum heights for lights and bumpers. Cars that low look stupid anyway.

I'm sure that's pretty much the case just about everywhere. I often wonder , going to car shows, cruise ins, cruise nights or what ever, how many of these cares get by the police. Harry each state has it's own definition of height. I do believe there is a minimum required federally though. G
91blaze
They have wrote tickets here for being too low. I can't remember if it was 23 or 28 inch bumper height.. That's more like the max for lifted truck bumpers. From what I've found, no part of the car can be lower than the bottom of the rim. In this way if you get a flat tire the wheel will still carry the weight.
