  1. Following this. I started a build like this based on my 1:1 M715. Both the model and the 1:1 builds are stalled at this point. The Honcho is close but has some real short comings. This looks great so far.
  2. I haven't used Acme Platemaker in a while but need to go there. Montana makes us replace the plate every 5 years.
  3. An attempt to build a model of my 1:1 '97 Grand Cherokee. This is the Tamiya 1/24 Grand Cherokee kit with some larger tires and a 3d printed kayak on the roof rack. It is painted in the same color as used on the real car. The kit is of a '94ish Jeep but is very close to the '97. First a photo of the 1:1 then the model.
  4. I hope round2 will see fit to issue it in the 4x4 form at some point in the future - like soon!
  5. I wouldn't worry about those wheels and tires. Back when the kit was first produced there wasn't that much available in after market wheels and tires. Now there are all sorts of different combinations that can be accessed from other kits. I would be more interested in an accurate small block or slant six.
  6. Its been a couple of years but this is now as close to done as it will get. Pbucket issues with all the build pics and lots of other pics but here is the latest.
  7. That is a very cute little car, and nicely done!
  8. Here is a militarized version on the Revell Sneaky Pete custom Chevy A weed sprayed in the bed of a Forest Service Ford
  9. I have a 3d printer at work and have been working on designing a bed for the Spec-Cast Willys flatbed that represents the stock pickup box. The assembled box is a little long so I will be printing a shortened one one when I am back at work next week. Then filling, sanding and painting.
  10. Rimrock Plastic Modelers present the 11th Annual Contest and Show on Saturday Sept.19, 2015 at the Mayflower Congregational Church on the corner of Rehberg and Poly Drive in Billings, MT 9;00am - 3:00pm There are classes for all types of models and if there is no class for your model we can make one on the spot. https://www.facebook.com/groups/rpm.billings/events/ https://www.facebook.com/events/679766978787168/ RPM show poster 2015.pdf
  11. Very nice Beaver Seldom see those Guillows kits finished. AzTom: It is tricky getting the tissue on, doing it as nice as this is very tricky!
