TheCat
Here's the Giant Praying Mantis that I painted and detailed it for my brother. My brother found and rescued this model from the garbage. Then he gave it to me to do my magic and restore it. He wanted it to look as realistic as possible. So, I found a picture of a Pray Mantis my brother liked and used it as my guide. I scratched built the antennas as this kit lost them when it was rescued. Not sure what kit this model came from. I'm thinking maybe the old AMT kit?? It came out looking ok. I think I could of done better. I built this back in 2007.
Harry P.
It's not every day you see a model several times bigger than the "1:1"...
