Hey all. An old post for sure, but for anyone still interested in the 2 1/2 ton Rockwell axles I scratched and sent to the caster...forget it. My requests for updates on the progress of the axles have been ignored. My masters have been at the casters roughly 4 years...4 YEARS!! Apparently the proprietor of Scale Auto Style has decided to keep the masters for himself, totally ignoring our parts deal. He sent me half of what he owed and that was the last I heard. Excuse after excuse as to where my parts were. I have friends who sent $$$ as down payments on the axles to this guy, only to be ignored also. I never expected this guy to pull what he did. I spent a LOT of time and effort on scratchbuilding those axles. Please take heed and stay away from Scale Auto Style. Not a man, in my opinion. What he did to me is reprehensible and I am totally disappointed in his actions. Thanks for readin'.

Thanks all for the compliments again. There are some items that I did overlook. I'm currently makin' inner fenders (imagine that engine bay after some muddin'), I missed the radiator cap...thanks Greg. And you're right...the tires were done pre-mud event. That's why they aren't loaded with mud...just like it was driven thru some. Harry & Danno-I appreciate the candor. Anthony & Roger (an old friend)-thank you for the comps.
