My friend was at a Ford Dealer with one of my friends who was looking for a new (at the time) 2005 mustang. They didn't have one so we looked at a 2000 GT. What a piece of ****. Sure the car looks good but the interior is just ******* ugly. Plastic that's lose and rattles. The guys at GM definitely spent more time and money building the interior of the 1993-02 Camaros. I used a 96 V6 camaro and wow it sure was a nice ride. Handles great and good throttle response. (Mustang is famous for shitty handling).

The LS series engines are 6 bolt main well the 4.6 L (281 CID) 4v DOHC is a 4 bolt main. You can push some serious power out of the LS engine then what you can out of the Mustang GT because of its tinny *** engine. The Z28 Camaro came stock with 305hp well the SS came stock with 320hp. The Mustang GT came stock with 305hp well the Cobra was 320hp and 390hp supercharged.

I searched aftermarket parts on summit racing for a 2000 Camaro and a 2000 Mustang to find out who has more aftermarket parts and the Camaro had 1560 pages of aftermarket parts and over 600 pages for the LS engine. When I searched for the 2000 Mustang it came up with 2057 pages of aftermaket parts, but this is because they are also showing aftermarket parts for mustangs with Chevy engines in them like headers for a chevy but fit in a mustang, but when i search of aftermarket parts for the 281 4.6L engine it only comes up with 312 pages. Its ovious the Camaro is way better than the Mustang.
