my upcoming resin truck model projects

Recommended Posts

Lotsa good stuff there! that Emeryville is going to be an interesting one to follow, I haven't seen any scale trucks done up to now. Both Fords are going to be good ones too... Come to think of it, all of them will be good!

William, the Mack F ist obviously the AITM cab. I built the daycab with early interior one or two years ago. Even for a most expierienced modeller it was a challenge, especially the replacement of the resin grille which all alone would spoil an otherwise good work completely.

As with the AITM GMC 9500 presented in the forum some days ago I invested again approximately 400 hours. The effort really pays off. Carefully built the F makes a very attractive model.

I am going to show my model in the nearest future in the forum. Maybe you are interested to see how I solved the problems of my cab.

I'm not sure, I might have a pic of one of those Internationals too, and for Jacob a couple of the Dodges. If you want to look through the pics I took at last years Walcott Trucker's Jamboree, here is a link to the Photobucket album:

Hey Jacobus, if you are going to do the Floor import version, will you be powering it with a Mack or a DDC? Would really like to have a true FTF cab kit done in resin.

The DTMC container trailer is NOT a laser cut kit, it IS a CNC milled kit. I have both scale versions, & the 1/25 about 75% done. Great starting point with the potential for so much detail.
