kyotey1693
Hey guys, I am going to build one of Dave Deals' Tirebirds and since it comes with green tinted windows I thought it would look good as a tribute to a 73. That was the only year for that color. Does anyone know of a close color to the Brewster green in rattle can form that I could use?
kyotey1693
Just in case anyone is curious, Testors Brittish Racing Green seems to be pretty close. I will post some pics when I get some better light.

kyotey1693
Well as promised here are a few pics of the paint. I know Dave intended for these things to look wacky but I dont think he had this in mind... I put the car in the oven to cure (with just the oven light on) and my wonderful gf came in to make breakfast this morning and didn't check the overn. I thought I placed enough road blocks in front of it but I still failed. Needless to say I will be painting another one soon.
