  1. Great build. I am building one of these right now as well I have been working on it on and off for awhile, I know what you mean on the instructions. I also thought they chromed way to many pieces on the kit. Yours turned out great though, good job on the weathering I like it.
  2. Dream Car: 1965 El Camino Bagged with a 572 big block Dream Pre-War Street Rod: 1933 Willy's
  3. Congrats!!! Good lookin kid. Someone new to share the hobby with, who knows he could be a model car building prodigy in the future.
  4. I'd leave them as they are and store them in a inglassed cabinet. Your dad built them and if those were my dad's builds I would leave them as my dads builds. For me it would be something to remember him and his history of building by. I wish I had some of the models my dad built in the early 60's but heck they are long long gone, just my opinion.
  5. SWEET!!! Lets go racing boys.
  6. awesome. my dream is to have a 1:1 of these one day only in a different color black or blue. perfect stance!!! Nice Truck!!!
  7. 1970 buick wildcat Lowered the axles and the wheels are off the goodguys 1930 woody The paint doesn't look the best with the camera flash cause the purple was somewhat transparent with white base underneath, looks better in person. The body had some massive waves had to do some filler work otherwise was a good, fun, easy build.
  8. Well there is nothing bad to say about these build cause they are all spot on. amazing work!!!
  9. wow this thing is cool!!! reminds of what a rat rod might look like if it was revived and turned into a dragster. cool truck!!!
  10. The srt8 and r/t challenger curbside kits are out. I just picked up a srt8 today at a local hobby shop.
  11. great bodywork. This is gonna be a great build but I have to say those wheels don't do this build any justice. It's your build but I would find something more pro touring or old skool for the wheels those things are to donk for my taste and this era of a vehicle, just my opinion.
  12. I'm not much a corvette fan but this thing is dead on. It looks like a real 1:1 corvette to me. Awesome work!!!
  13. what an all around excellent build!!! looks perfect to me. Looks like you built yourself a very cool car.
  14. They are probably trying to appeal to people who need a family size car which makes sense. Most families need more room than a boxter or carrera can offer. They are probably gonna try and compete with mercedes now with the four door, trying to appeal to the high class folks who like to throw their money out the window.
