Man, those are some cool shots.....Amazing what they would do to prove their designs......I'm guessing that was a roll over test and the jump a chassis strength test.....Don't think anyone would try to jump a Freightliner Coronado or Cascadia or something, today......

Don't know if they'd been cleaned up or not, but those are some GREAT quality photographs, considering the technology of the time.....

This is really neat. Just to think about how "unbalanced" these things were, not to mention the 50 turns lock to lock of the manual steering, the fact they could do any of these tricks without it always landing on its side or nose is most impressive. Whole different ball game than the Europeans like to do with their newer COE's. And Dukes of Hazzard and Joey Chitwood? Eat your heart out!
