Last few years they've had events there (it used to be a big old furniture store) in conjunction with "First Night Out", the city's New Years Eve celebratiion. Couple years ago they had this here 'DieCast Derby'---shoulda been 'Hot Wheels Derby' coz kids of all ages could participate, just for fun, by picking their favorite Hot Wheels car from this guys massive collection and he would put their car, their buddies car, Mom's car, etc, behind the start gate and he'd get the kids all pumped, and let 'em go!
