steve7119
I finally finished the transfer case. Tell me what you think. No U joints right now so whatever driveshaft is needed can be used. I did drill it all the way through to help get it lined up with the transmission. Didn't have any straight on photos of the output side, so I kinda guessed at what I think is the speedo attachment on the output housing I followed the drawings I had so I made this a drivers side drop. Too late I figured out what I was making was the opposite of what I wanted. Figure to try to cast it and make the main case separate from the add on parts so I can make it a passenger side drop too. jeffs396
Very cool Steve! Looks accurate as far as I can see ( your pics are kinda blurry ) Are you going to reproduce these, or have a caster do it?
steve7119
Sorry about the blurry photos, I tried to get close enough to show the details but may camera won't focus as well up too close. I haven't had much luck with the casting. Not sure how to go about handing it off to a caster. I would love to have them available for everyone though.
