Galaxie trailer question

Recommended Posts

Also, for a period of time they were out of stock. The previous run had been sold and depleted, so the only place you could find the trailers was second-hand (eBay) or in older hobby shops that had not sold them all.

Good to know Galaxie has run some more! They are great trailers!

There is a difference with the older kits, and the new ones, they change the trailer lengths, the first issued trailers , were 24 tag along, 32 goose-neck, I believe it was a 36 tag and then the 44 gooseneck

They are no longer doing the 44 goose-neck , and the 24 tag-along is now 21, they stop doing the 32 goose-neck as well, so you can only get a 36 tag and 38 gooseneck

The first run did not come with decals, the new issues do, plus, the new issues give you the options of what side you want the door to be on, and you have a choice of rear doors as well

So when you see the trailers on ebay that are 24/32/36/44, those are from the first run from the 90s

Some people may know they can buy direct from Galaxie
