Very nice build, but the license plates don't jive. You have a D sticker, which is the old way (same vintage as the car) to show where in Europe you are and license plates from Bologna, Italy. The build tho is just remarkable.

Thank you all for your coments!

yes, the model was intended to have the German license plate but I accidentally broke the decal and had to use the italy plate decal (from a Revell R8 kit). By the time i broke the decal i already had de "D" decal sticked in the model

Beautiful build, and one of the nicest colors I've ever seen on this kit!

I did one of these a few years back, did you have problems with getting the body over the chassis at the back end too? Thing about drove me nuts with all the mold lines and fit issues!

Hi Mike, Yes, the kit has a bit of a problem at the back, it fits tight, it's tricky but at the end it fits. Also is a bit hard to get a good work on the wing, puttying is key to get it right.

Thanks for the recent coments, i'm glad you like it, it's a great color for this car!
