Super Cheyene Pro street.. updates 09/25/2014

What's up fellas... this is an older build that got put on the back burner but after looking around in here the past few days I've gotten the spark to go ahead and finish it... I took the amt longbed kit and shortened the bed.. A fellow member on here pointed out to me that I should have shortened the bed behind the rear wheel wells too.... I'll remember that for my next project.... the chassis and engine and drivetrain are from the r/m 67 Chevelle pro street kit... I got the M/T rear tires from the pro street dually snap kit.... here's a few pics to get you all up to speed...

015-2.jpg Next I moved on to the interior... the window and door handles are from the parts box, the shifter is from the 67 Chevelle kit... I used wood colored paint, with tamiya clear orange painted over it for the wood trim, and added flocking to the floor... 018-2.jpg016-2.jpg024-1.jpg023-1.jpg this is where the project kinda stalled..... there will be more updates to follow... thanks for looking and comments welcome...

Riley... I build alot of drag cars... pro mods are my favorites... And I was playing around with this to take a break from those builds.. and it just got put to the side... but I'm about to get this one wrapped up...

You cant go wrong with a C10 ,they look good in just about any style. I think one of those 802 cu. in. Sonnys pump gas(1350 HP on 91 octane!) motors would be just right for this. Those trucks tend to be a little heavy LOL. Good job! BILL

I also added the brake master cylinder, washer jug and added some battery cables.. I'm also going to add a msd electronics box under hood somewhere.. here's a few pics... thanks for looking and comments welcome...
