  1. Very nice cool pics too
  2. I been looking at the Tamiya polishing compounds. There are 3 types, Coarse, Fine and Finish. Coarse and Fine are the same price but Finish is more than double the other two. I wanted to know what the difference is between them. All I know is how fine the compound is. Is it worth paying the extra?
  3. Just wanted to no if anyone's used this kits and weather they are any good?
  4. Depending what type of alloys I have on the model wouldn't I be able to see that the alloy is not central with the disc or do u mean cut behind the disc?
  5. Awesome I'm in a cross between getting this or an audi r8 as my next project
  6. I've just bought the golf mk1 and mk3 by fujimi now just to find the mk4!!!

  8. I'm new to this and have only made one kit the golf mk2 by revell I want to go down the vw route and was wanting to start modifying them I've found you can buy little extras but wasn't sure about suspension do u need to alter the standard one by cutting it down and altering other parts or is there kits you can buy? I havnt seen any on my searches
  9. Spot on you've been a great help thanks hopfully ill be able to find the other mods
  10. Great thanks the golf that I'm looking at hasn't got the same engine as mine but I've seen a new beetle with the tdi in what's the chances I'd be able to swap engines? Both are tamiya for future reference would the brands make a difference if I was to swap parts I'm hoping I can buy the engine seperate but will need to look into it more this is my last option since I want the golf to be a perfect replica
