whale392
Looks good Mike. The 'T's go with the lines of the truck.
TheCat
Mike, This is an AWESOME looking truck. LOVE IT!!!
Patrick2005
very sweet truck you got there!. I'm building one of these and the bed is a total nightmare. The rear bumper was too wide to fit so I had to section it in 3 places. Ugh! But it should be worth it in the end.

W-409
It looks like I have to buy this kit too... Nice Pickup, I like the bodylines of this one. Red paint fits nicely to that body and paintjob is simply amazing. Those stripes are great too. I'm not sure about those wheels, I think, they don't fit perfectly, but they are not the ugliest ones. Exellent build.
mrmike
Thanks guys! I'm pretty happy about how this one came out! The wheels are perfect considering that the stock wheels are a smaller diameter and look lost in the wheel wells. Patrick, I had noticed that the rear bumper was a bit wider than the box, but I didn't think it would be worth the effort to try and shorten it. IIRC, the 1:1's are about the same. If I was going for a custom look on the truck, then having the bumper perfectly in-line with the bed and even molded into the bed would have been necessary. diymirage
came out very nice and i do like those rims (though i feel any truck should have stamped steel rims, like a work horse) my only "complaint" is, did you HAVE to paint a ford F-150 italian red ? thats just adding fuel to the flames now tell me honoustly, did you take it into the shower with you? Yes, I did have to paint it Italian Red! It's the only red I have right now! No, I did not take it into the shower with me, but I did hear a rumor take a certain modeler in Michigan takes all his model into the shower with him! ;) Care to comment on that, Eelco? Care to comment on that, Eelco? it looks more manly then taking a rubber ducky ? but i confess, i DO take my models in the shower with me it is the perfect place to wetsand the paintjob there is a constant stream of nice warm water to keep the mesh from clogging up and clean up afterwards is a breeze
