crazyjim
Is it me or are the bumpers oversized? Love the color.
RichCostello
I think those bumpers are upside down.
camaroman
This is old Monogram 24th scale: the proportions were/are a little funky But he has done a great job on it.....
John Truby
I really like the way it looks, sitting nice and low like that. What color is that, anyway? John
george 53
John you big silly, it's BLUE!!! Very nice job an GREAT paint on that rascal!!!
Modellpularn
Yes, you did a great job on that kit! But like someone else said, it has some funky - strange proportions: the front wheel openings are way too large, and maybe the rears as well, and the roof is too short. This kit was done in the dark ages, when Monogram didn't seem to care about getting the proportions correct. Another example is that terrible '69 Camaro..... I hope you haven't built it.... RichCostello
Davezinn,I think it's a very nice build too. I was just responding to Crazyjim's comment on the bumpers being oversized. WOW, guess you gotta be careful about what you say 'round here!!!

Harry P.
The problem with your avatar is that it's mine! That's an illustration of a '59 Chevy that I did a few years ago. Can you use something else for your avatar?

RodneyBad
That's an illustration of a '59 Chevy that I did a few years ago. Can you use something else for your avatar? Mmmm, I always thought that was a real one.. Cool.. and back to the 56 Belair. Paint and BMF looks great on it.. Wheels look great. gives it a really tuner look. Front bumper can't be upside down otherwise the bumperettes would be the other way. Gives it a much lower look. Look what I found Edited September 15, 2009 by Zukiholic
BKIN10SECS
Can anyone tell me when was the last time they opened a car magazine and saw a pro touring, pro street, hot rod, anything comming from Istanbul? My friend you did a heck of a job on that 56. If for some reason you wish to do something about the front bumper....section it. (remove a small section down the middle) And belive me....you can find a much better avatar then that but I do like the color on that avatar Edited September 15, 2009 by BKIN10SECS
