Bruce Goff
Hi all. I posted some pics of my IH Payhauler kit a few months ago, (attached link at bottom of this post), now I'm getting near completion, I thought I'd post some newer photos for public viewing. Hope you all like it! Feel free to comment constructively. hct728(Bob)
Comment constructively...is that a joke? Looks like the kids left it out in the sandbox over winter... Actually, it's a very attractive two-tone paint scheme, and the weathering is not overdone. You must have studied one out in the field. Well done, I'm inspired to continue with the weathering of my Cat D800, then move on to the Payhauler still in its box. So many parts... Just saw that, constructively, no pun intended Thanks for the comment Bob, I still have to finish a bit of the paint job around the fenders and some spots, most of the weathering materials are from military modelling acryllic washes, filters, and pigments. I had many opportunities to study similar vehicles that I hauled fuel to at a local dig last summer. BG
Old Albion
Superb! Excellent build, that weathering is very convincing.
