angelo7
Still working on final details but I can say it is finished. I want to thank Terry for helping me acquire this kit and also to Brinx (Mike) for providing me with a new set of decals as the originals were yellowing. And I also want to thank many of you who answered many of the questions I posted regarding this project before I started. There are some flaws but nothing major. I first saw this particular kit when it came out in the late 70s. My best friend at that time built it while I built a Mack DM 600. For my skill level I think I pulled it off acceptably good. It looks better in person, I'm not a good photographer. Enjoy. Angel Edited October 12, 2014 by angelo7

Superpeterbilt
What a great job! Excellent execution of the box art. This is in the top 10 builds of this kit that Ive seen. Funny thing is, thats exactly how I was going to build it.

Petetrucker07
Throw more chain on there Angel, hes not prepared to go on any recoveries yet. Looks good man. Very nice work, looks like it just rolled out of the manufacturer.
angelo7
I won't let this baby go on recoveries Clayton. They would scratch it.
Brinx
Indeed the Pride of the Fleet. Only the company owner and maybe, just maybe your trusted, senior operator will be who gets to drive this beauty.
Rign14
I offend wonder how this tow truck worked, then while watching BJ and the Bear where he was run off the road they used a truck like this to recover and tow him away. It was titled something to do with Wild Horses, I found it on YouTube. Great model by the way, someday I hope to build one, but as a cabover. Petetrucker07
Angel, did you have any issue with dash board. Mine isnt wanting to fit
angelo7
Actually a little too low on the front. But once you put the glass, it is hardly noticeable. When you look at the passenger side you can notice in the photo a little slant. Hope this helps you.
Petetrucker07
Thanks, it does help. Im gonna try the fit again this weekend. No matter how i tried during mock up, it just didnt fit right. Maybe the glass in will help. Thanks again!
