  1. I'd also like to thank Curt Zahn and DRIPTROIT 71 for helping me with this truck.
  2. I've been steadily working away at this project. Here's where I am currently...
  3. Yes, I did the bed and the cab, and MAD did a great job on both.
  4. Looks great! I mastered the thing, and you STILL got yours built first!
  5. Nice job on the weathering. I see this truck has been repainted at some point in it's life.
  6. I'd be happy to look at any photos you may have. I'm still looking for an underneath-the-cab shot. Thank you, and thank you all for the kind words. I appreciate it.
  7. I've got the cab pretty much done. Time to start on the interior.
  8. I owned a 1976 Grand Prix. Why wait? I converted a 1977 Monte Carlo kit into my Grand Prix.
  9. Motor City is out of business, and I have no access to the master, if it still exists.
  10. The yellowish parts are resin (copied from 3D masters), and the white parts are styrene. The roof is made from sheet styrene and evergreen shapes.
  11. Now I feel like I'm starting to get somewhere with this.
  12. My 3D parts were very well done, but they wanted to curl up. I was able to super glue them to a flat surface and make resin castings of them. The cab work is underway. When I'm in "The Zone", it's hard to make myself stop and take pictures, but I managed to get this one. Updates to come.
  13. I'll be picking up the printed parts Tuesday, and then I'll get started on the cab.
  14. I have to wait for parts for my White 7000 project, so I pulled this back out and finished the underside.
