  1. I just picked up the diecast of a 71 mercury comet at stuffmart. The body comes with unknown primer on it. I grabbed it because my first car was a 70 Mavrick and its the first non drag race kit that I had seen. I haven't even cracked the plastic yet, so I can't tell you much more.

    1966 Mustang

Got-r-done ! AMT's re-pop of the mustang went together ok, but had a disappointing lack of detail. I still like the car and it is a great addition to my small yet groing collection of completed models.
  3. Here is a shot of the chassis. I wasn't going to detail paint it, but I was encouraged to give it a try, and this is how it came out. the car is about done, so watch for it under glass
  4. True enough, but at you know, in the great North East, we could still qualify as neighbors:) Good to meet ya Jeff. Terry
  5. It looks like this is the place to Introduce yourself, so here it goes... My name is Terry Glover and I started building as a kid. Like many, I took a break, but got back into building about 5 or 6 years ago. I build mostly 1/24 1/25 cars and trucks and lean slightly toward the classics. I looked up the website after picking up a back issue of the magazine and happened on the forum. From what I see of the quality builds in "under glass" and "on the bench" I am extremely impressed and feel somewhat inadiquet. I am looking forward to keeping up with what is going on because I can tell I'll learn a lot from all of you. I am located in southern Vermont and would like to know if there is anyone here that lives around these parts. Terry
  6. I've been working on a '66 mustang, and I got the 289 about ready to drop in. Terry
