MrObsessive
Ok, I'm having a bit of a brain fade here. I thought I saw a conversion set to turn Revell's '69 Dodge Dart into a '67, but darned if I can remember who made it. Anyone know? Was it Norm from Replicas and Miniatures or someone else? Thanks Guys!
ianguilly
I have the set but I bought it many years ago and forgot who it was made by.
Casey
I think it might have been AF/X'n Scale, Bill. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=70368&p=873158
MrObsessive
Oh well, I guess I can forget about that one--------better off scratchbuilding what I need on my own.

1972coronet
Not to dampen your spirits , Obsessive ; there's more to performing a 'properly-converted' 1967 Dart than meets they eye . The biggest pain would be the upholstery pattern and door panels ; and assuming that you could build your own grille (not that I'm doubting your abilities) , you'd also have to recreate the trunk embellishment (which is exclusive to 1967) ; the tail lights are easy . There are a host of little differences between the 1967-1968-1969 A-bodies . Which body style / model are you planning to replicate ? MrObsessive
I wanted to do a convertible......I like the mag wheel covers on those. I guess I could do a very early '68 with those wheels---would save me a lot of headaches with the interior. MrObsessive
I don't want to go through a lot of drama to win a set off eBay, and then hear a thousand and one reasons why I haven't received it yet. Frankly, I think I'll stick with doing the '68, and replacing the wheelcovers with the '67 mags. No muss, no fuss! Something like this is what I'd like to replicate............... Hmmm............those steelies and dog dishes don't look half bad! Might consider those as well............
george 53
Bill, try this guy, hes an E-bay seller who sells this stuff in his store. It's where i got mine, he on E-Bay as rdsxfan2. I think I paid like 12 bucks for the grille, rear tailights an bumper and rear trunk panel.
