Does anyone make something similar to this U.S. "Indy" Mag Wheel

Recommended Posts

Came across these wheels online today and got to thinking I have a 69 Firebird kit that something like these wheels would look great on. Thinking of a set of big and littles, 15x7 and 15x10s. Does anyone have a recommendation for something simliar?

Scale Models by Chris has a five spoke Torque Thrust resin big littles but you'd have to paint the centers. They have an aluminum finish, not high polish chrome though. I got Centerlines from him and they were pretty good..

You could also buy a set of five spoke chromes and remove the chrome from the centers. I've done that manually and it takes a lot of time and care but it can be done.. I love that look myself.

One of our moderators (Casey) offers a number of resin wheels on ebay under forward_resin.

These are available through scenes unlimited. (http://scenesunlimited.homestead.com/Wheels.html) He's a member here too.

Both guys offer great resin castings.
