funhouse1
Bought this as a poor but workable built. Had to scratch a few missing pieces, but it was mostly all there. All the chrome except for the rims was done with an Ace hardware brand of chrome paint that has sadly been discontinued.

funhouse1
Very nice. What was the source of the rims? Hey Bob, the rims are from the kit. They were the only chrome parts that were salvagable, the rest being painted with the Ace chrome paint.

Hey Neil, I hear ya', watched that auction sight for a looooong time before I finally found a built kit that I could afford. The sealed kits were way out of my price range.
