DirtModeler
I'm curious how many there are out there? I'd like to see some dirt builds
Monte's Motors
WOW !!!! That looks real !!! I'm not near that good. Starting my first late model using 2011 UMP body rule charts. I'm sure it won't be near what that looks like. GREAT JOB. Been trying to join Fred's Resin Workshop forum, but I'm not sure if I'm pushing the wrong buttons or what. I've sent an e-mail to Fred. Maybe that will work. After racing for 15 years and building all 6 of the cars I raced, I decided it was time to build more plastic dirt cars. Foxer
That is very impressive! Tell us more ... I always liked dirt racers but my glacial building style prevents me from a completed one. I have an old modified on the bench of the '35 Chevy. This is the only photo of where it sits.

bbowser
Since they only have forums for NASCAR and Drag Racing, maybe the bosses would consider adding one for dirt, or maybe combining them all into Racecars? I'd like to see some Indycars and whathaveyou as well
chris coller
Yeah I am a dirt fan. Born and raised on dirt track racing in the North East. You may have seen these builds on www.scalesprints.com

I'd like to see some Indycars and whathaveyou as well Nascar seems to be pretty much the catch all for most of the racing builds. Honestly I think changing Nascar to Race car wouldn't cause to much distress but apparently several times changing it has been shot down. roadhawg
Drew- didn't that Falcon start out as an AWB funny car? Chuck, if his did, its not the only one....the Nova dirt car I'm presently building started out as the Rat Packer kit...
2002p51
Drew- didn't that Falcon start out as an AWB funny car? That's correct, just like the neat looking Chevy II above.
Chuck Most
Very cool! I started an asphalt car a few years back (after seeing Drew's Bench Racer column a few years back ), I might have to take it out of mothballs and finish it as a dirt car now! roadhawg
Just checking if you guys have heard of "Scale Racing Lobby"? It's cool Yes, I'm a member there, but haven't posted anything in such a long time that I'll probably have to sign up again. Ron Royston, that posted those beautiful vintage "skeeters", runs that site.
