INTERIOR STRIPS!!!

First I made the rear of the Interior with two 5/16" Plastic Strips on each side. This was easier than trying to cut a template add fit one piece of plastic on each side.

Then I glued a 5/16" Strip on each side of the Cockpit...

The strips were positioned to add a little more room for the Engines!

INTERIOR SIDES...

I cut 2 side walls from sheet plastic and glued them in place. This will leave just enough room for the BiG Engines!

The fronts of the Interior Sides were attached to the Intake Shafts to complete them.

The Sides were cut so that they fit up against the Underbody tightly.

SIDEWINDER DASH!!!

The dashboard from Revells Dodge Sidewinder will be perfect for Pegasus!
Just have to cut a little here...

Then I turned it up side down and carved away a little more, to add some legroom...

You don't know me. And this is crazy! But your model skills... ARE AMAZING!!!! This is unreal!! Like many others have said, to have your imagination with modeling skills would lead to never ending fun. Heck, by using a sharpie on my last model I thought I had entered into a new frontier. Compared to this, I'm still on the porch. Very nice work!! Can't wait for the end product.

Thanks for the kind words James... B)

I almost cheered when I loaded the next pages of this topic and saw (1) the engines and (2) the rear wings, especially after you teased us beforehand. What an incredible project and it is turning out incredible. I'm following along so I don't miss a single step.

I may have missed it, but, I am wondering about how you plan to paint it.

My two cents worth: every time I look at it, I envision a "Sox & Msrtin" type paint scheme.

Can't wait to see it finished.

Thanks for the suggestion David!

I am thinking about Silver with Blue stripes and Gold Decals, but I'm not sure yet... B)

AERO SEAT!!!

The seat is from the Monogram Aerotech kit. I used several strips of plastic to add arms, front, bottom, rear and sides...
