charlzrocks
I was not looking forward to this build, dunno why, but turned out to be fun! Testors One Coat Laquer "Revving Red" w/3 coats of Future. Had to dunk it in the purple pond after it bubbled and then repainted it. Please Comment, and more pics of it on my Fotki page!
KENNEDYJR
That paint looks really good. I think you are the 1st person I have seen to build that car. You did a great job. Any issues with the kit itself?
whale392
I have this kit as well........not nearly as nice as yours. Funny how the styling ques from this car ended up in the last gemerations of Camaro/Firebird.
charlzrocks
That paint looks really good. I think you are the 1st person I have seen to build that car. You did a great job. Any issues with the kit itself? Thanks! The kit went together pretty easily. The only issue was that the back tires scrub part of the framework . I should have test fit and trimmed a bit, but I'm not gonna be rolling it across the floor! The hardest part was masking and painting the canopy, which could have been done better on my part. I have this kit as well........not nearly as nice as yours. Funny how the styling ques from this car ended up in the last gemerations of Camaro/Firebird. Thanks again! My brother has a formula firebird that has lots of styling from this one. Don't know the year, but he got stopped for DUI and as they were putting it on the flatbed tow truck it fell off and caused $8,000 damage which the city of Detroit had to pay for! He says it will never be the same.

raymanz
I,remember when the real car was on the cover of HOT ROD with Scott Sullivan's CHEEZWIZ55. Wounder what ever became of that car. Would have been COOL if they would have went onto production. You did a REALLY good job capturing the cars fast look. Like everyone else said the color really POP's!!
