nhra1625
Hey guys, just a simple curbside build. My girlfriend loves jeeps and the color blue so I decided to surprise her with this before she goes away to college next week. I like the kit a lot but it seems under detailed to me so I want to find another and do a full build with a small block and other details. I did have some small issues like the box being crushed so some parts were broken. And the body was pretty wacky. I had fun trying to straighten it. Not much left to do. Mainly just detail painting and bumpers, rollbar, and somehow I have to work in a little camp for her. Time for pics.

cavemanx
Looks nice. The one I'm building came in perfect condition pretty much. I has to do a lot of sanding on the body so that there wouldn't be creases. You did a good job straightening it though.
nhra1625
Thanks! One suggestion I have is to check the fit of the front bumper assembly before you do final painting. I didn't and I ended up having to trim mine a lot to get it to sit right.
