Maybe you were emailing HRM. I don't work for HRM, the owner is just a friend of mine. Here is a copy of the transkit instructions. It should tell you what you need to know. Then there is the some times daunting task of documentation. For a larger company sure its reasonable but for ma&pa like HRM and Replicas & Miniatures Company, its a huge task.
