S. Svendsen
Here's a new rendering and livery I created for a new racing team running a BMW 128i in the 2011 SCCA Continental Tire Street Tire Challenge Series. Watch for it on Speed TV. Oh yea, the rendering was drawn by hand in Photoshop CS3 using a Wacom monitor.
Harry P.
Oh yea, the rendering was drawn by hand in Photoshop CS3 using a Wacom monitor. You mean a Wacom tablet, don't you?
mikelo
looks great. I also like the 300 you did. I could be wrong, but I think he means a monitor. they make monitors you can draw on now and I believe the studio he works works at has them. S. Svendsen
Yes, I have a Wacom monitor. It lays down flat and I can draw right on the computer screen. The tablets work nice too if you are on a budget.
S. Svendsen
Here's a link to the monitor I use. My link
Harry P.
Oh, cool! I thought you meant the Wacom drawing tablet. I tried it and never really liked it because of the disconnect between the tablet and the screen. I might have to try the drawing monitor... that looks like it might be fun. ajulia
This looks very cool! Ive been looking for a way to convert renderings from the sketch pad to a digital format thank you for the heads up!
Mark Haynes
Wow that is impressive, I would really like to have one of those. I have wanted to do some sort of computer art and that looks like the ticket. I am not that knowledgeable about this stuff though. Does it come with software, or would you need something like photoshop? I have been away from this site for awhile, busy with this and that. Trying to find time for my art and some modeling. S. Svendsen
The Wacom monitor is just a piece of hardware. You'll still need a software program like Photoshop or Coral Painter to use it. I use photoshop.
Danno
I'm liking that.
