  3. looks great !!! i can't wait to see it finished up. keep us posted on this one. -Will
  4. BORICUA !! NICE JOB,the wheels set it off.nice paint job to.
  5. what i did here was i cut the wheel tubs out with the frame rails attached.then the space between the frame rails and the gas tank was what i removed about 3/16".the 2 strips you see sitting on the wheels. then i glued on the framerail with the tub back in place to create the minitubs and still give it a stock apperance.i have to do some filling but it came out how i wanted it to. thanks for looking !! -Will
  6. place the wheel on a table with the face of the wheel upward.you will need an xacto knife with at least 2 - 3 no.11 blades brand new. the rear wheels had a little lip that i was able to use as a guide to go around the wheel very lightly with the dull side of the blade.make sure you hold the knife straight up and down. i held the knife in place while i spun the wheel around with my other hand.it took me like 10 mins for each one.you have to take your time.and use the tip of the dull side as you spin the wheel and hold the knife apply pressure downward keep checking the inside of the wheel until your almost all the way through .now you can use the sharp side and cut very slowly until the center pops out.the front ones barley had a lip i kept slipping a few times until i got a groove to follow take your time with the front ones take your time period. you'll be happy with th results.this is the first time i tried it,i had these wheels for almost a year i had the idea since i first saw them i'm happy with the way they turned out.i will probably paint the center and bmf the lips should look pretty cool when they're done. thanks for the nice comments guys and thanks for looking!!!!
  7. update of the front wheel centers cut out and moved in.now i have to set the offsets on each wheel and glue them in place once i have them where i like them.
  8. www.lateral-g.net these guys are professional designers that might be able to help you out. there is an r/c after market parts dealer that sell aluminum wheels and take special orders for the wheels to. it's called jps www.jpspro.com hope this helps....
  9. no mini tub yet .they fit right under there but need a little more room ,so i will mini tub it in the next few days.first i have to cut the centers out of the front wheels so i can line everything up just right.then i'll measure and make any changes that are needed to fit the wheels. thanks for the comment and thanks for looking. -Will
