I can't possibly imagine how it would feel if something like this happened to him. It would totally devistate our family. My prayers are with those affected, I only wish it never happened. Until true compassion and respect for ALL living things become universal traits of humankind, horrific incidents like this will continue, women and children will continue to be raped and exploited, and animals will continue to be tortured for fun. Let's get to the root of the problem, and pass a law outlawing the component of human-nature that makes these things possible. Uh huh. It can and does happen anywhere. There are people in our world who have problems, issues, miswires, diseases or what have you and we will never be able to control them or the incidents they create on any scale. It makes me think that since I go to a public high school, this is all to big of a reality, and if it were to happen we are packed in like sardines and have no way to defend ourselves. Definately makes you think twice about the small, day-to-day problems. Thoughts and prayers go to the the families and especial the heroic teachers that are coming forth. Every forum I`ve been on since yesterday has a thread on this subject and everyone of them has turned into a heated discussion/argument on gun control. Lets not let that happen on this forum guys. In the blink of an eye, you can lose them...a very tragic event that should not have happened!!
