Late model Cobra Jet 2008-2010 blending

I wish there as just a kit available to build this car but there isn't.

Fortunately there are plenty of aftermarket parts to buy in order to build one.

I have a 2008 GT500 in my stash and while the front end is wrong for a 2008 Cobra Jet, it's the kit I have and I am going to use it.

First thing is to change up the front to look less like a GT500 and more like the 2010 Cobra Jet front.

I bought a resin hood from eBay

I got the new decals from Slixx

I have home casted some resin Weld Star wheels

I am going to use the quarter window louvers from a 65 fast back kit

I am going to use some headers from the part box

I am using parts box tires and tachometer

I will scratch build the roll bar and seat belts

I will need to redo the air intake and scratch a open air filter

I will need to leave out the back seat and take the radio out of the dash

The rest will pretty much be out of the box
